All Around The World with Kristoffer Zeuthen

Danish Designer Kristoffer Zeuthen has created a globe, constructed of bamboo and lifted with a steel rod post; this globe even features a built-in light. What a clean looking design, with so much detail.

It was introduced to raise awareness and gain respect for our planet, the 25cm diameter globe highlights how beauty can be synonymous with environmental friendliness. The object uses a clean typeface for the lettering in addition to incorporating current cartography. the base is made from bamboo and the white steel rod replicates the globe’s natural tilt.

Inside, the product is outfitted with a lightbulb so that it can double as a desk lamp if needed too.
